Our company evolved from MacLennan Design Associates, a renowned architectural design and project management practice that had been in operation for over 10 years. In 2003, we decided to leverage our expertise to establish MacLennan Construction Limited, a company that could provide the entire package of quality design, project management, and excellent build services. Our mission is to deliver high-quality projects that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

We have completed various new build properties in the local area under design and build contracts, providing a consistent, high-quality, and reliable service. We can also offer the NHBC 10-year guarantee on domestic new build properties if required by our clients.

We have built all types of extensions, ranging from large two-storey extensions to kitchen and bathroom extensions and loft conversions, both on a design and build basis and tendered work.
