Business Details
We established St. Locks in 2008 to serve the local community across Shrewsbury, Telford, and the surrounding areas. Our founder, Simon Trifunovic, built the firm on a commitment to providing a personalised and competitive locksmithing service. We are a genuinely local, family-run firm that places a huge emphasis on customer satisfaction. Our operational history spans well over a decade, giving us extensive experience with both domestic and commercial security. We are a fully vetted Trading Standards Accredited company, registered with and scrutinised by Telford and Wrekin Council. Our professional standards are further validated by our status as a CHAS compliant contractor and our full insurance cover.
We hold a DBS check, ensuring trust and safety when attending your property. All works we undertake are backed by a cast iron, written one-year guarantee on both parts and labour. We provide free, no-obligation quotations to ensure complete transparency from the outset. Our rapid response times mean we can attend any call-out quickly, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. We support local businesses with a reliable and personal service, as evidenced by our testimonials page.
