Services
3D Printing
Our 3D printing service creates tactile architectural models for public consultations and stakeholder presentations. Using advanced technology, we produce cost-effective, accurate representations of proposed developments. This visual aid enhances understanding of spatial relationships and design details while maintaining fidelity to original plans.
Planning Applications
We manage full planning application processes including householder, full, and outline permissions. Our expertise covers conservation area consents and listed building applications. We coordinate supplementary reports like bat surveys and flood assessments while ensuring compliance with local authority requirements through digital submissions via the Planning Portal.
Building Design
Our building design service combines creative vision with technical precision. We develop tailored solutions through client consultations, producing hand-drawn and digital sketches using industry software. The process includes design meetings at client premises and incorporates the 'Marmite Principle' to create emotionally engaging spaces that evoke strong positive responses.
Feasibility Studies
We conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess project options and business cases. This RIBA Stage 0 service identifies development viability, establishes briefs, and creates business plans to limit upfront costs. Our studies include statutory consultations and acquisition of environmental reports to inform decision-making for complex or controversial developments.
Virtual Reality
Our virtual reality and 3D visualisation tools allow clients to experience designs before construction. This immersive technology enables spatial exploration from any angle, enhancing design understanding and decision-making. The service supports both residential and commercial projects, improving client engagement through interactive digital environments.
