Our Story

Our owner, project manager, and lead fitter, Robert Puchalski, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked in three different countries. With a background in traditional construction trades, Robert has a passion for innovative and bespoke projects that showcase his exceptional skills and ingenuity. His fascination with decorative stucco led him to teach himself how to apply it using a textbook and 250 lb bag of gypsum and a plastic tarp! This early experience, combined with his time working for a German kitchen studio, instilled in him the importance of timeliness, precision, and top-quality finishing.

Our Process

Our process begins with an estimate, which usually involves an on-site visit to discuss your requirements and review the scale and complexity of the project. For some cases, a call-out fee may apply, which is redeemable against the cost of the commissioned project. Once the project scope is clear, we provide a binding quote, which will be the final price you pay, unless you request additional services or changes during the project.

Our Team

Robert takes personal responsibility for managing and working on each project, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to. When required, our network of trusted suppliers provides support, including certified electrician Colin Matthews and plumber Tomasz Mordasiewicz. Our assurance is that you won't need to hire separate tradespeople to deal with electrics, gas, or plumbing.
