Our Expertise

With over 15 years of experience, we have established ourselves as experts in healthcare design, particularly in the area of hospices and palliative care. Our portfolio includes over 57 completed projects, demonstrating our expertise in delivering innovative and socially responsible architecture. Our work has received numerous awards and recognition, including RIBA National Awards, Architect's Journal Housing Project of the Year Award, and PassivHaus Award runner-up.

Our Directors

Our directors, Phil Kavanagh and Jorge Eguiguren, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Phil has a strong commitment to the design of better palliative care environments and has jointly led the development of our innovative approach to hospice design. Jorge, with his Chilean background, has a deep understanding of sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles and has led many of our projects, including the award-winning redevelopment at Mary Stevens Hospice.

Our Team

Our team of experienced architects, technicians, and directors work together to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs. Lorin Arnold, our Associate RIBA, has played a key role in the development of our sustainable building methods and materials. Joseph Procter-Nicholls, also an Associate RIBA, has completed his Postgraduate diploma in Architectural practice and is now an RIBA qualified architect. Kyle Fowler, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, brings a strong technical background to our projects. Andrew Jennings, a Senior Architectural Technician, brings over 20 years of experience to our team.
