We have been in operation since 1992, providing high-quality building maintenance services to our clients. Our team of qualified tradespeople has a wealth of experience, with many staff members having worked with us for over 10 years. We take pride in building successful relationships with our clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions. Our services include Planned Maintenance, Shopfitting, Office Refurbishment, Ground Works, and Joinery Manufacturing. We employ 25 members of staff across different trades and office disciplines. Our Managing Director, Nick Hull, has been with the business since 1999 and has a strong background in joinery. We have a 3000 sq ft joinery workshop and offices in York, allowing us to deliver quality workmanship on time and on budget.

Services
Planned Maintenance
We undertake schedules of dilapidation for landlords and tenants. We liaise with facilities and property managers to submit specifications and quotations. We react to urgent problems with minimal delay.
Shopfitting
We are a main contractor working nationwide on rollout programmes and bespoke projects. We deliver quality workmanship on time and on budget. We minimise shutdowns and provide maximum return from the budget available.
Office Refurbishment
We undertake complete or partial office refurbishments. We work with clients' nominated sub-contractors. We undertake refurbishments of occupied offices or complete works out of hours if required.
Joinery Manufacturing
We have a fully equipped Joinery workshop. We manufacture all kinds of joinery items, including reception desks and staircases. We offer a full restoration service for original timber and doors.
Ground Works
Our Ground works team undertake tasks including concreting and drainage. They are skilled in block paving, kerbing, and flagging. We have also done road marking and thermo plastic lining.
