Felt Roofing
Our felt roofing solutions combine traditional materials with modern installation techniques to create durable, weatherproof flat roofs. Using premium SIG and IKO products, we deliver installations with 10-year warranties for both domestic and commercial properties. Our team's expertise in built-up roofing systems ensures long-lasting protection against Cornwall's variable climate while maintaining cost-effectiveness for property owners.
Mastic Asphalt Roofs
Specialising in polymer modified mastic asphalt applications, we create seamless waterproof surfaces suitable for both flat and sloped roofs. This durable material provides up to 50 years of performance while accommodating structural movements. Our installations meet strict industry standards for temperature stability and water resistance, making them ideal for challenging environments like balconies and car park decks.
Single Ply Roofing
We install IKO Armour Plan single ply membrane systems that offer superior UV resistance and thermal efficiency. These lightweight solutions combine easy maintenance with 30-year durability, featuring tear-resistant properties that withstand Cornwall's coastal weather conditions. Each installation includes independent quality assessments and manufacturer warranties for complete client assurance.
Roof Sealing
Our advanced polymeric liquid coatings create seamless waterproof barriers that adhere to multiple substrates including concrete and metal. This flexible solution effectively seals existing roofs while providing UV protection and thermal insulation. Approved by SIG, our sealing systems offer a cost-effective alternative to full replacements while maintaining compliance with building regulations.
Fibreglass Roofs
Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) roofing systems provide exceptional strength-to-weight ratios with guaranteed 20-year performance. Our installations combine durability with aesthetic versatility, suitable for both residential and industrial applications. The material's weather resistance and low maintenance requirements make it particularly effective for Cornwall's maritime climate conditions.
