Lincolnshire Building Services is a premier building and development specialist based in South East Lincolnshire, covering the surrounding areas. With over 20 years of experience in the building trade, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service to all of our customers. Our experienced team is committed to ensuring that every project, whether big or small, meets our clients' specifications and is completed within budget.

The Team

Our team has developed over the years, working together seamlessly to meet the needs of each individual client's specification to a high standard within budget. Our company directors, Rob and Tom, have been working on projects for over 10 years, after meeting on a development for disability housing for a young man who became a wheelchair user after being injured while playing rugby. Throughout their careers, they have gained an immense amount of experience, knowledge, and skills, which they bring to every project they undertake.

Rob, our company director and head developer, has the joint responsibility for managing employment of staff, overseeing the business and its projects, as well as Health and Safety and Quality Control. He began his journey in the building trade at Boston College after leaving school in 1996, where he underwent an apprenticeship with HH Adkins, gaining a vast amount of experience and knowledge while working on projects for large companies, including Padleys, Adams, and Moy Park.

Tom, our company director and interior specialist, is a partner and director with the joint responsibility for managing employment of staff, overseeing the business and its projects, as well as Health and Safety and Quality Control. He is NVQ-plumbing-based and specializes in high-end bathroom and wet room designs as part of Lincolnshire Bathroom & Wetrooms. Tom leads on internal specifications, including joinery, skirting, stairs, doors, kitchens, and tiling, and he is a great all-rounder with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

We also have a great team of subcontractors, including electricians, scaffolders, heating engineers, telephone line specialists, and window fitters, completing our professional team. If our clients have someone else they would prefer to use for any part of the build, we will support and work professionally alongside them.
