On The Fence York is a small family business that was started in the summer of 2002 with a passion for providing high-quality garden timber products to the local community. Over the years, we have built a reputation for value and quality, and have moved from our small workshop premises to our current large workshop in Strensall, just outside York. We cater to both trade and public customers, and welcome DIY enthusiasts to explore our range of products.
We take pride in our commitment to the environment, and ensure that our products are created using only high-quality timber sourced from suppliers who are certified in accordance with FSC and PEFC rules. This ensures minimal environmental damage by replanting saplings to create new forests. Our products are pressure treated with the latest generation of 'Tanalising' treatments to ensure they last for years to come.

We deliver our products to any location within a 50-mile radius of York, and our garden buildings are available nationally via our expert supplier. We offer a fast and efficient delivery service, with delivery normally taking place within 7 working days for stock items. We also offer a next-day collection service from our dedicated collections area.
