Professional Cleaning Group (PCG) is the trading name of PCG Commercial Limited, incorporated in February 2006. We provide cleaning services throughout the North West of England, Cheshire, and West Yorkshire. Our business is divided into three clear areas, Office Cleaning, Communal Cleaning, and Janitorial Supplies, including the supply and servicing of Feminine Hygiene Units.

Our Services

Our main objective is to provide you, your staff, your visitors, and customers with a clean, welcoming, and safe environment. To achieve this, all PCG staff must complete a fully comprehensive induction programme, including Health and Safety training, product usage, and the most up-to-date cleaning techniques. Our staff only use products and equipment supplied and approved by PCG, ensuring we comply with EU Regulations and only use products with a low environmental impact rating in compliance with WEIR (Wright Environment Impact Rating).

Our Office Cleaning services are designed to provide a clean and welcoming environment for your staff, visitors, and customers. Our staff are fully referenced and, where required by the client, are subject to DBS clearance. We cater to a range of markets, including finance companies, accountants, solicitors, design and manufacturing, recruitment, and education. We're proud to have an exceptional record for customer retention, and we're happy to provide services to our first-ever customer.

Our Communal Cleaning services require a completely different kind of cleaner, someone with the ability to quickly assess and prioritise what needs doing within the allocated time. Our staff are given training specifically tailored to deal with communal areas and must complete a fully comprehensive induction programme. Our cleaning operatives are also encouraged to identify and report non-cleaning issues, such as defective lighting, electrics, heating, plumbing, leaks, security, etc., and this information is fed back to the landlord, property management company, or FM contractor.

Our Janitorial Supplies service provides a full range of janitorial supplies for new and existing customers, including the monitoring of stock levels and automatic re-stocking of everyday items, such as toilet rolls, paper hand towels, hand wash, and more. We also supply Feminine Hygiene Units, which are serviced on a 4-weekly basis.
