K Lee and Co is an independent building surveying company founded by Kevin Lee in June 2009. As a Chartered Building Surveyor with over ten years of construction experience, Kevin has a diverse background in the construction industry. Prior to establishing his own practice, he worked for large multi-disciplinary practices and award-winning residential design-based firms, specializing in extensions and alterations to listed buildings and conservation areas.

Kevin gained his MRICS status within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2007, recognizing his expertise and commitment to the profession. In 2013, Mike Timm joined K Lee and Co, bringing over 20 years of building surveying experience and a wealth of knowledge. Mike has worked for local authorities and prominent commercial organizations, including The Boots Company Plc, Thorn High Street Properties Ltd, and Bass Leisure Retail Plc.

In 2013, Rebecca Brooks joined the company, providing administrative support and customer service. Her skills in customer support and administration complement the team, supporting the company's commitment to excellent customer care.

As a RICS- regulated company, K Lee and Co holds a Designated Professional Body license, allowing us to work on behalf of the insurance industry for private individuals and loss adjusters.
