Here at J.M.Kay Electrical LTD, we are dedicated to providing a quality service within the electrical quarter. As a family-owned business, we have been part of the trade for a little over 50 years, trading successfully and expanding through the years. We are now into the third generation of sons working for the company and are hoping to continue the business for many years and generations to come.

We also specialize in inspection and testing, providing electrical installation condition reports and PAT testing for tenanted properties.

We have extensive experience working with landlords, estate agents, and letting agents, carrying out regular checks to ensure the safety of tenants and to make sure properties are in excellent electrical health. We also work with homeowners, builders, surveyors, architects, kitchen installers, bars, and restaurants, providing a wide range of electrical services, including repairs, testing, fault finding, and rewiring.
