Business Details
We have established a multidisciplinary architecture practice operating across Newcastle, Chester, Cardiff, Glasgow, and Riyadh. Our team delivers comprehensive architectural services spanning commercial, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and residential sectors. We integrate BIM technology, CGI visualisations, and drone imagery to enhance design precision and client communication. Our design philosophy centres on emotional engagement with each site, ensuring every project responds uniquely to its environment. We reject a signature house style, preferring to tailor each solution to specific client aspirations and contextual demands. Our structured workflow progresses from strategic brief definition through feasibility, concept design, planning, and technical delivery.
We embed sustainability aspirations and cost consciousness into every project stage from initial appraisal to construction. Our portfolio includes notable schemes such as the Monument Metro Station, OME at Newcastle University, and Ripon College. We maintain rigorous quality assurance through design responsibility matrices and coordinated professional design teams. Our commitment to adding value drives us to challenge conventions and explore innovative possibilities for every client. We invite prospective clients to engage with our collaborative process to realise their development ambitions.

Services
Architecture
Our architecture service delivers comprehensive design solutions across commercial, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and residential sectors. We develop projects through a structured five-stage process from strategic brief definition to technical design and construction oversight. Each scheme responds uniquely to its site context and client aspirations without imposing a signature style.
BIM
We employ Building Information Modelling to coordinate complex design information across multidisciplinary project teams. Our BIM implementation enhances spatial coordination, clash detection, and data-rich asset management throughout the project lifecycle. This digital approach ensures greater accuracy, cost certainty, and collaborative efficiency for all stakeholders.
CGI Visualisations
Our CGI visualisation service produces photorealistic renderings and animations to communicate design intent with clarity. We create immersive visual content for planning submissions, stakeholder engagement, and marketing purposes. These high-fidelity representations enable informed decision-making and help secure project approvals effectively.
Drone Imagery
We utilise CAA-approved drone piloting to capture high-resolution aerial photography, videography, and photogrammetric data. This service supports site analysis, progress monitoring, and marketing documentation with unique perspectives. Our aerial data integrates seamlessly into BIM models and CGI visualisations for enhanced project understanding.
Interior Design
Our interior design service creates functional, aesthetically compelling environments aligned with architectural intent and user wellbeing. We develop spatial layouts, material palettes, and furniture specifications for diverse sectors including education and healthcare. This integrated approach ensures cohesive design continuity from building envelope to interior experience.
