Our Team

At the heart of Shire Surveyors' success lies our dedicated team of experts. Tom Lister, our Director, joined the company in 2015 after successfully running his own surveying firm. He brings a wealth of experience in surveying and valuation, coupled with his expertise as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, allowing him to provide comprehensive EPC services. Sam McDonald, our co-Director, joined Shire Surveyors in 2018, having honed his skills within the Leicestershire residential property market. He holds the prestigious MRICS qualification and brings many years of experience as a surveyor and a registered valuer to the team.

Jonathan Headley, a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor with MRICS status, joined Shire Surveyors with over 20 years of experience gained both nationally and locally. This expertise encompasses both commercial and residential property, further strengthening the team's ability to handle a diverse range of projects.

Supporting the surveying team is Charlotte Bates, our experienced Survey Administration Manager. With over 25 years in the surveying industry, Charlotte ensures the smooth running of our Market Harborough office. She is supported by Sam Parrish, our Administration Assistant, who assists Charlotte in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.
