Case Studies

Our portfolio includes a range of projects that showcase our expertise and creativity. One notable project is the Est Est Est restaurant in Alderley Edge, Edinburgh, and Manchester. This complex conversion incorporated ground and basement levels, an open theatre kitchen, fine wine sample room, and all the usual restaurant ventilation services. The outside treatment created impact with the use of removable column claddings while confirming to landlord requirements for no permanent structural changes.

Another notable project is the Parkers Farm Barn for Birchwood Town Council. This listed early 19th-century barn was completely refurbished and stabilized, forming part of the farm building group now used by Birchwood Town Council as their offices.
