Our Process

We begin by undertaking measured building surveys and providing initial design advice to gain a deep understanding of your project. We'll work closely with you to understand your brief, and using our expertise, we'll create a detailed 3D model of your property. This serves as the foundation for all further designs and can be used to generate drawings for planning applications and building regulations.

Concept Design to Planning Applications

Once we've established your design requirements, we'll use our 3D model to explore potential design options. We'll create virtual reality presentations to help you visualize your design, ensuring that you're fully immersed in the project from the outset. We'll continue to refine your design until we've arrived at a solution that you're thrilled with.

Building Regulations

As part of our service, we'll provide the necessary drawings for building regulations applications. We'll work closely with you to ensure that your project meets all relevant building regulations and standards.

Virtual Reality Presentations

Whether you're an architect, developer, or simply an individual looking to experience your design in a unique and engaging way, we offer standalone virtual reality presentation services. Our team can create Autodesk Live files modeled in Revit and provide all necessary equipment for a memorable presentation experience.

About the Director

As the director of Nicholls Architecture and Design, I, Graham Nicholls, founded the practice in January 2014 with the aim of providing quality, traditional architectural services delivered using the latest technologies. With a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to understanding the individual requirements of each client, I relish the opportunity to adapt to the unique brief and style of each customer.
