Creative Flooring was established in 1995 by John and Carole Rosner with a vision to provide the Greater Indianapolis community with a shop offering exceptional custom rugs. John, driven by a dedication to customer service, started by travelling to local carpet stores, personally offering his rug services on-site. This hands-on approach laid the foundation for the company's growth and established it as a trusted name in the area.

As the business flourished, the Rosners expanded their operations, securing their own retail space and assembling a team of skilled technicians. Recognizing the evolving needs of their clientele, they strategically added flooring removal services to their repertoire.
