The Team

Our team is the backbone of our success. Led by Dan Stones, our CEO, and Jan Morton, our Managing Director, our team is made up of experienced and skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Dan has over 15 years of experience in the development and construction industry, starting out at Site Management level before progressing to Project Management. He has overseen developments across the South West and has forged strong relationships with landowners, developers, and other local businesses.

Jan is a dynamic and experienced engineering manager with a track record of problem-solving and attention to detail. He ensures that the company is in safe hands day-to-day and that all of our Site Managers report directly to him on a regular basis.

Tracy Conibeer is our Accounts Manager, with many years of experience in all aspects of administration and strong management skills. She oversees all of the company's transactions and accounts and reacts calmly to the frequent pestering for information from the CEO & MD.

Jo Stones is our HR & Quality Manager, with a long and varied career in senior leadership and HR positions. She brings a wealth of business knowledge and skills to the sales and customer service part of the business, ensuring our "end users" receive the best in terms of product and service.
