Our Story

S J Donnelly Ltd was founded in 2005 by our current management team. Director Sam Donnelly's personal experience and reputation have enabled the company to grow and expand, resulting in a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals. Our mission is to work together to provide high-quality and reliable specialist external wall insulation services, with a focus on hard work and dedication.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including external wall insulation (EWI) and render only finishes. Our EWI system consists of three basic components: an insulate, a fixing, and a render or cladding. We use only the latest materials and techniques to ensure that our work is not only of the highest standard but also performs exceptionally well.

Our EWI system is designed to improve the energy efficiency of a building by minimizing heat loss in cold weather and heat gain in warm weather. This results in a more comfortable living environment and reduced heating costs. We offer a range of EWI systems to suit different needs and priorities, including silicone and acrylic finishes, scratch render, brick effect render, dry dash finish, and brick slips.
