Feasibility

We can help you define your project brief by taking a holistic approach to your project, identifying opportunities to optimise your existing space and only adding what's necessary. Our team considers factors such as site access, orientation, and more to provide the best possible solution for your site.

Planning

Planning permission is often required for most projects involving building work. We have an excellent track record of obtaining planning permission on challenging sites. Our designs are judged against planning policy developed by local authorities and central government.

Computer Modelling / Visualisation

We 3D model all of our projects to help us understand the options available to you, as well as to help planners, neighbours, and builders understand the design. This process enables us to communicate our design effectively and make any necessary adjustments.

Building Regulations

In the UK, construction work is covered by the building regulations. These regulations are divided into categories, including structural design, energy conservation, drainage, ventilation, fire safety, and disabled access. We prepare detailed drawings and calculations at this stage to cover structure and energy usage.
