Our founder, Pete Bird, started his journey as a cabinet maker apprentice at 15. With a passion for craftsmanship, Pete led a PVC window and door manufacturing team and gained NVQ level 3 qualifications. However, disheartened by poor customer service in the industry, Pete established his own business in 2018, focusing on local services, exceptional customer care, and unmatched expertise. Alongside his wife, Pete now runs a thriving family business in Peterborough, proud of over 20 years in the trade and aspiring to set a high standard for future generations.
