Lyon Building Services is a well-established family business based in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. Since our founding in 1968 by William Lyon, we have built up a reputation for delivering bespoke quality residences, extensions, renovations and structural alterations in the north east of Scotland. Our mission is to achieve client satisfaction in all aspects of the design and build process, with a vision to innovate around our clients' needs.

Craig Lyon, the current Managing Director, joined the business in 1989 and has since become Company Director following the retirement of William in April 2006. Our use of our own multi-trade workforce enables us to provide an in-house service backed up by a network of reliable and experienced sub-contractors who have had a long-term working relationship with Lyon Building Services.
