Excellent Service and Quality
The majority of customers are extremely satisfied with the service and quality provided by PH Blinds. Many praised the professional and cheerful fitters, who cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. The staff were helpful, and the quality of the blinds was excellent. Some customers have used the company multiple times and would definitely recommend them to others.
Issues with Lead Times and Customer Service
However, a few customers experienced issues with the lead times, with some waiting longer than expected for their blinds to be fitted. One customer had a particularly bad experience, with the fitter being verbally abusive and the "director" defending the fitter's behavior. Another customer had issues with the quality of the blinds, which broke soon after installation, and the company did not provide adequate customer service to resolve the issue.
Other Issues
A few customers had smaller issues, such as a representative not removing their shoes in the home and not bringing sample books, leading to the cancellation of an order.
