Questions
What materials do you use for memorials?
We use high-quality natural materials including marble, granite, slate, and stone. Carrara marble comes directly from Italian quarries where our family has maintained connections since the 1950s.
Can you create bespoke memorial designs?
Yes, we offer full CAD design services for custom memorials. Our team works closely with clients to create unique tributes, from traditional shapes to intricate personal designs like teddy bears or football crests.
Do you provide memorial insurance?
We offer Stoneguard memorial insurance underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance. This covers against accidental damage and weather-related deterioration, with immediate coverage upon purchase.
What payment options are available?
We require 50% deposit before work starts with flexible payment plans available. Accepted methods include bank transfer, cheque, and instalment arrangements discussed during initial consultation.
How long does memorial installation take?
Standard memorials take six weeks, bespoke designs three to four months. Timelines consider ground settlement, material availability, and manufacturing workload while maintaining quality standards.
Do you serve areas outside Liverpool?
While primarily operating in Liverpool and surrounding regions, we discuss nationwide projects case-by-case. Our combination of online services and home visits enables wider client reach.
