We have been providing specialist damp control and timber preservation services since our establishment in 1982. Our family-run business was founded by brothers David and Steven Prince in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire, and continues to operate with the next generation of the Prince family. Over our 40-year history, we have expanded from the Midlands and Yorkshire to serve Greater London, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, and many areas in between. Our surveyors hold CSRT and CSSW qualifications, and we are proud members of the Property Care Association, ensuring the highest professional standards. Managing Director David Prince has served as a surveyor examiner for the Property Care Association and acted as the Which?
