Services
Damp Proofing
Our damp proofing service eliminates rising damp, penetrating damp, and condensation issues in residential properties. Using advanced techniques and products from Biokil Crown Chemicals, we identify and treat the root cause of dampness. This restores wall integrity and prevents future damage, ensuring a dry, healthy living environment for homeowners.
Plastering
We offer comprehensive plastering solutions including re-skimming uneven walls, plaster boarding, and rendering. Our team handles both traditional and modern techniques to deliver smooth, durable finishes. From repairing Artex to external rendering, we ensure surfaces are ready for decoration with minimal disruption.
Tanking
Our tanking systems waterproof cellars and basements where external ground levels exceed internal floors. This includes membrane installation, floor screeding, and wall plastering to create dry, usable living spaces. All projects include a thorough consultation to determine the optimal solution for each property.
Membrane Systems
Membrane systems provide durable damp proofing solutions that withstand structural movement better than traditional methods. Ideal for basements and outbuildings, these systems include drainage facilitation and pressure management. We offer full installation with free estimates and guaranteed results.
Condensation Control
Our condensation control systems eliminate dampness, mould, and mildew through whole-home ventilation solutions. Installed discreetly in roof spaces, these systems use filtered fresh air to maintain dry environments. Features include remote-controlled ventilation speeds and low-maintenance operation for long-term comfort.
