Negative Experience
The most disturbing review is from Kara K, who had a disastrous experience with a faulty shower purchased from the store. The faulty part caused over 10,000 worth of damage to her house, including the need to rebuild the entire back wall due to a leak. Despite numerous attempts to contact the store, they refused to take responsibility, instead blaming the customer's water pressure and drainage system.
