Who We Are

At the Caldicot Kitchen & Bathroom Centre, we pride ourselves on being a family-run business with a rich history that spans over three decades. Founded in 1986 by the Wood family, we have expanded our expertise in designing and installing high-quality kitchens and bathrooms. Over the years, we have built a reputation for delivering good value, offering excellent customer service, and providing a professional and flexible service to all our customers.

Our History

Our journey began when Mr. Wood acquired land in Rogiet, near Caldicot, and built new premises to house a purpose-built kitchen and bathroom showroom. Since then, we have continued to grow and expand our services, evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers. In 2015, John and Nicky Pelosi took the reins of the business from Mr. Wood, who has since retired. Despite the change in leadership, the Wood family remains involved in the business, offering guidance and support to John and Nicky as they embark on their journey to continue growing and developing the business.

Our office and design staff are well-trained, experienced, and knowledgeable and are committed to offering a professional and flexible service to all our customers. Our friendly and experienced tradesmen and installation teams have consistently demonstrated their ability to deliver and install kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms to the highest quality, on time, and within budget, all with the minimum of disruption to your home. Our in-house project management team ensures that all projects are coordinated and overseen to ensure seamless delivery.
