Inverness Tree Services was founded by Iain Ogilvy as a sole trader, long before 1984. Over the years, the business grew steadily, with an increasing workload and the accumulation of experience in various tree operations. Twenty years later, in February 2004, the business became Inverness Tree Services Ltd, with Co-Directors Iain Ogilvy and Jacqueline Waring. Jacqueline relinquished her directorship in January 2008, and since then, Iain Ogilvy has been the sole Director. Throughout its history, the company has been committed to providing high-quality services, including tree surgery, surveying, chipping, and firewood disposal, covering a wide area including Dingwall, Tain, Nairn, Elgin, Aberdeen, and the Highlands.

Services Offered

Inverness Tree Services offers a comprehensive range of services. For tree surgery, we provide precise pruning, thinning, or dismantling, using the latest technology to find creative solutions to everyday problems. Our equipment includes a tracked MEWP, chippers of various sizes, large and small stump-grinders, an excavator-mounted grab for handling heavy materials, and a flail for site clearance. We also offer tree surveys, including tree safety surveys, home buyers' tree reports, and development site consultancy to BS5837 standards. Our modern decay detecting equipment and ability to produce digital maps to 10cm accuracy make us a market leader in the industry.
