Construction Services

Our construction services range from projects budgeted at 10,000 to a 2 million refurbishment of a historic listed building. We meticulously follow the brief given to us by each client or architect, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. Our dedicated team provides clients with a single point of contact throughout the project, offering complete control and peace of mind.

Maintenance Services

We also offer rapid response, reactive maintenance services to both business and domestic clients. No job is too small or too large, and we have an extensive portfolio of clients who use our maintenance service regularly. Whether it's extreme weather, flood, or fire damage, or simply general wear and tear, we can advise and provide quotations where appropriate.

Manufacturing Services

Our joinery manufacturing department operates from 5,000 sq/ft custom-built premises in Ayr. We produce high-quality joinery for various clients and are self-sufficient in meeting the joinery needs of our construction arm. Our department employs experienced bench joiners and cabinet makers and actively trains apprentices within the company.
