In 2004, QAD Architects was co-founded by directors Paul Wainwright and Ian Bryant. Our mission was to embody their four core values: CREATING, COMMUNICATING, and CONSTRUCTING, all focused on exceeding CLIENT expectation. Over the years, we have strived to maintain our commitment to these values, which have been instrumental in shaping our company culture and guiding our work.
