Services
Loft conversions
We specialise in converting loft spaces into functional living areas, using innovative techniques to maximise headroom and natural light. Our process includes structural assessments, planning permissions, and complete interior finishing. Clients benefit from increased property value and customised designs tailored to their specific needs.
TeleBeam system
This patented system enables conversions of trussed roofs built after 1960 without temporary supports. Telescopic beams span exterior walls, maintaining structural integrity while minimising floor joist requirements. Homeowners gain additional living space with reduced headroom loss compared to traditional methods.
Velux windows
We install VELUX roof windows to optimise natural light in converted spaces. Our experts recommend optimal window placement and configurations based on roof pitch and room dimensions. Clients benefit from improved ventilation and enhanced aesthetic appeal through customised window arrangements.
Staircase design
Our craftsmen create bespoke staircases matching existing home features or designing new configurations. We ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining aesthetic continuity. Clients receive tailored access solutions that complement their converted living spaces.
Project management
We oversee all aspects of conversion projects, from initial planning to final decoration. Our team coordinates with local authorities, handles building regulations, and manages subcontractors. Clients enjoy a seamless experience with regular progress updates and transparent communication throughout the process.
