Compliant Surveys and Wide Range of Insulation Services

With every property requiring a compliant survey, we can arrange the install of cavity wall, loft, external/internal wall and underfloor/intermediary insulation. Insulation tends to be the most cost-effective way of reducing energy costs year after year whilst significantly improving comfort and condensation. With full access to the grants provided by the large energy companies (ECO), we can enable you to obtain both cavity and loft insulation for free, providing you are claiming one of the main state benefits such as child benefit (income restricted), child tax credit, DLA, WTC, Pension Credit.

Additional Insulation Schemes

In addition to the ECO scheme, we also have access to the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS). This scheme is available to households in lower council tax bands A-D and with an EPC rating of D or below. As well as standard loft and cavity wall insulation, the GBIS encompasses other measures such as solid wall, room in the roof and park home insulation.

Help To Heat Programme

As part of the government's Help To Heat programme, there are other funding routes available such as the Local Authority Delivery Scheme and Boiler Upgrade Scheme. These schemes are subject to qualifying criteria and level of council engagement.
