  • Boiler Repair: One customer was left waiting for 8 hours without heat or hot water despite being referred as an emergency.
  • Electrician: An electrician refused to do any work, endangered the lives of two adults and two young children, and was deemed arrogant and uncustomer-friendly.
  • Toilet Bowl: A toilet bowl was fixed four times but continued to leak, causing an absolute nightmare for the customer.
  • Roof Repair: A roof leak was left unattended for days, and the company's negligence caused a flat sale to fall through, resulting in significant distress for the customer.
  • Installer: A shower was fitted with substandard workmanship, including the installation of a new shower hose and head as "spares" instead of being installed correctly.
