Ekco, a kitchen and bathroom design and supply company, has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from most customers. Design and Service were highlighted as the main reasons for satisfaction, with customers praising the company's ability to deliver high-quality products and designs. The staff were described as helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative, with some even going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
On the other hand, one customer, Rhona, had a severely negative experience with Ekco. Design and Supply Issues were the main causes of frustration, with the customer describing the company's lack of oversight and communication as unacceptable. Despite initial promises, the company failed to deliver on its commitments, resulting in delays, missed items, and increased stress for the customer.
The negative experience was made worse by the unhelpful and argumentative behavior of Ekco's manager, who seemed more interested in controlling the narrative than addressing the customer's concerns.
