Confusion and Frustration
It appears that there is a discrepancy between the expectations of customers and the reality of the business, Kitchenhaus Battersea, a retailer of kitchen furniture. The first reviewer is incredulous at the complaint that they did not attend to a customer's blinds, stating that their name implies they only sell kitchen furniture and not blinds.
