• Scarification: Removes the build-up of organic matter found on top of the soil surface.
• Aeration: Consists of driving solid or hollow spikes into the lawn to allow oxygen into the soil and relieve compaction.
• Wetting Agents: Retains moisture levels with reduced irrigation.
• Top Dressing: Smoothes out minor hollows and improves the soil.

• Dry Patch: Treats dry patches on lawns when the soil becomes water-repellent.
