From start to finish our experience with the Loftplan team has been fantastic. we are very happy with our new space and this is testament to the whole team from sales, planning, back office and build. Warren and the team were amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were so friendly and helpful. The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent and they have delivered within the agreed timeframe. Great service and excellent job from Loftplan team for converting our loft to fantastic bedroom! Loftplan has been excellent throughout the entire building processing; Good communication from office manager (Nicola), on site supervisor (Warren) and friendly and skilled builders (Martin, Mike, Harry, Alan etc). Loftplan did an excellent job from start to finish. We were looking for a company that would take the stress away from us and project manage everything for us. We wanted to create an office and walking wardrobe storage space. From the initial consultation to architecture meetings and building regulations, this was handled by them. They even took the pain away from us regarding skip hire.

All the teams that were involved put in a hard days work and were polite and courteous throughout. They even gave good advice for extra space. This went down as a treat, and we have ended up with exactly what we were after. They cleaned up as they went. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Special thanks go to Nicola (the office manager), she handled everything for us and kept us up to date. Bob (Senior Work Supervisor) popped in regularly with his 40 years plus experience, but rarely had to instruct the team as they had done a great job. Dean/Ritchie/Brendon/John/Mike/Alan etc everyone were a credit to the company.

We were impressed with how quickly Loftplan could start on our loft conversion. The project was completed in a timely fashion (ahead of schedule) and the team onsite were always very friendly and polite. Would recommend.

We had a loft conversation done by Loftplan last year to put in a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Every contractor bar one were absolutely brilliant. Dan and Simon on the first phase were efficient, helpful and easy to have around. The electrician, Jake, the carpenters, the plasterers and the project managers were all hard working, accomplished and produced excellent results. Finally, Nicola at HQ has been responsive and helpful at every step.

We are so happy with our new bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, we did have issues with the plumber and plumbing. Thankfully, Loftplan have been supportive throughout, even well after all their works were completed. They are rightly fiercely protective of their reputation and that means of their results. All the better for their customers! Thank you to the whole team.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Loftplan for all your help. The project was very smooth from the get go, and the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is brilliant. All the workmen cleared up their mess at the end of every day thoroughly and even our neighbours commented on how polite and considerate Loftplan have been throughout the whole process.

Loft Plan have been absolutely superb and we're delighted with our finished loft. The build started in February and finished in early June, but throughout the entire process the Loft Plan team have been on hand to help, provide recommendations and advise. As you can expect, there were different teams involved in the build process itself but they were all polite, punctual, courteous and focused on doing the best job possible for us.

We originally chose Loft Plan based on a recommendation from a friend in our neighbourhood, and we will definitely recommend Loft Plan to other people! Thanks for building a superb loft for us!

Loftplan did a great job for us. Its an old house and installing the loft room presented particular challenges - which were tackled and successfully solved. The design team were helpful and responsive to our needs. All the trades were excellent. We especially appreciated how they engaged with us - always polite and explained clearly what needed to be done and what had been done!

The quality of the finish is great. Id also like to mention the admin./accounts staff - always helpful, prompt and clear with their responses to our questions. A genuinely first class experience!

I would recommend Loft-Plan. From the initial meeting, discussions and talking through what we were looking for and what could be accomplished with our space, suggestions that our advisor made meant that we were reassured about the space that we could expect, which was beyond our initial expectations. The quoting process was clear to us, transparent in what was covered and laid out in a easy to manage set of works milestone related payments which made everything easier from the financial side.

We have had a great experience with Loftplan, everyone has been very friendly, helpful, very skilled and also very tidy! The whole process was handled swiftly by our friendly project coordinators keeping us informed at every step and organising the teams to fit in quickly around each other. It was a really good experience and we are very satisfied with the results.

We have just our loft conversion completed by LoftPlan and are really with our final room. They built us a new master bedroom with en-suite and it looks incredible. It was a very tight space, but LP were very accommodating in making sure that every inch was measured correctly. We were impressed with LoftPlan's no-nonsense approach to building the loft, lots of companies we spoke to had a glossy brochure with prices to match, but we found that LoftPlan were very simple to deal with, and didn't try and pressure us into features that we didn't need. Would definitely recommend them.

I had my loft converted with this company and was quite happy with result. Their team is very experienced especially their Initial build (Bob) and finishing (Kevin) supervisors, they really know what they are talking about and quite helpful. Their office staff are great and very friendly, my dealing was with Nicola, who I found very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend this company for peace of mind loft conversion, but you would need to allow for more time than anticipated.

Loftplan were efficient and helpful from the very beginning in our loft conversion. Once providing the drawings, a date was booked in for the works quickly. The contractors were considerate and careful during the works, and disturbance was kept to a minimum throughout the process. Works progressed rapidly, with good communication as the each stage of the construction was completed.

If there were queries or unclear elements, these were easily resolved with a call to the office or the project manager. The quality of the workmanship is high, with the guys on site taking care to ensure everything was as we wanted. Once we got to the end of the works, the short list of minor snagging items was sorted quickly and without fuss, leaving us with a space that we're really happy with.

We were looking at building firms for this project. Then we decided a specialist loft company would be better! We had a recommendation from a friend. We havent been disappointed! An architect told us our loft space was too small for a viable room, but its lovely. Our room of choice now. No hesitation in recommending loftplan!

Loftplan were absolutely first class throughout and delivered way beyond my expectations. The team on the ground were diligent tidy and corridors courteous whilst the office staff resolved a complaint from a neighbour to the council with a professional approach and got a speedy resolution in my favour. Our loft conversion has created two new bedrooms and a bathroom to accommodate our growing family Id heard of Loftplan because they had converted a neighbours loft 20+ years ago! The initial visit from Alan made some suggestions to improve the architectural design I had giving us a higher ceiling and reduced impact from the new stairs on the second floor a great start.

Everyone who worked on the project seemed supremely competent, professional, and cared about doing a good job making suggestions based on their experience along the way with the decisions I needed to make. To give you some idea of how it worked: Bob project managed the first fix the core structure of the new loft. The work started with Warren and Jordan creating the Dorma and floor structure, who handed over to Grant and Dan to complete the interior structure.

Along the way, Ron and colleagues installed the electrical cabling, Alan altered and created the new plumbing for the bathroom and radiators; and Jason and co sorted the roof. The last part of first fix involved the stairs going in and the plasterers giving us walls and ceilings we could paint. Kevin project managed the second fix including doors, door frames, skirting, and stair railings, as well as the final electrical and plumbing. Martin did most of the carpentry and after Id arranged tiling and flooring for the bathroom, Mark finished off. The process of essentially constructing another floor isnt quick, includes plenty of tea and coffee and was fascinating, and Im so pleased with the result!

Loft plan have recently finished our loft conversion and have done an amazing job. The teams are dedicated to the build from day 1 so you have continuity and they keep you well informed at every stage of the build which is great. The guys are all super professional and respectful and take pride in what they do which makes it stress free. When we had any issue they were addressed emmediately with no fuss. All in all this is a great company so highly recommend using them and would use again.

Loftplan have been great. Work started at the time it was given. All of the team were respectful and polite. We were very impressed with Ben in particular, open and honest and gave us lots of advice and information. Really happy with the work Loftplan have done, good quality and have created 2 big bedrooms and good size bathroom. As Loftplan only do lofts the whole team are experts in what needs to be done and the best way to do it. The team listened to our needs, kept us informed, they were all professional, clean and tidy and ensured the house had the minimal disruption whilst work was carried out. In particular, thanks to Mike, Andy and Reg who were exceptional. If there were any glitches, snagging or issues, we had a quick response, and resolution.

We paid in instalments, as each part of the project was in progress. We spent the time at the start ensuring the specifications were right, before it was priced, so we had no extra costs. It did take longer than we were quoted, for a variety of reasons, but it was worth the wait, to now have a beautiful extra room, which is done to a high standard of finish, which we are thrilled with. Loft Plan have done an amazing loft conversion, it's totally transformed our home and we gained a whole 2nd floor level. They came up with a very creative design which gave outstanding results. Very good quality result and it went through very smoothly.

We planned a left conversion to add a new bedroom and en-suite to our house and honestly we are so happy with the results they have surpassed our expectations. The trades employed by Loftplan designs were all very professional and the drawings of the completed loft allowed us to maximise the room layout and specification. The quality of finish is terrific and dealing with the office staff has been easy and comfortable with staged payments easily explained and outlined.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The team at Loftplan from start to finish were professional, courteous and really cared about the quality of their work which was to a very high standard. They cleaned up regularly and kept my home as clean as possible during the works. All trades that passed through my home were lovely and very respectful. They made it a pleasurable experience for me and I would highly recommend to anyone! I am really pleased with the end result which has added value and space.

I chose Loftplan over the competitors as I like their design most and their price was comparable to others. They did fantastic job, few years on I haven't had any problems with my loft so far. They finished on time, and within quoted price. They were clean, professional and along the way gave me few good ideas to improve the design (like keep existing alcove and put some feature lights in there, instead of closing it off).

They didn't try to upsell (I wanted a Juliette balcony and they told me, before construction, that it will not look good as it will be too narrow and suggested to swap for a regular window - cheaper. Now seeing a regular window I agree, they were right). Since my extension I've been recommending Loftplan to my neighbours. Yes, you will pay more than if you were hiring individual contractors, but for the price you get peace of mind and a fully managed project - they will deal with all the permits, council, building controls and certificates.

We were contemplating a loft conversion but struggled to visualise what we could do with the space. We met Scott who talked us through the options, listened to what we wanted and helped us draw out our dream loft conversion. There was no hard sell and throughout the build we were kept informed. John who completed the first fix was fabulous. He was engaging and personable.

He always put the customer first. He walked us through each step and adjusted as we went along. Nothing was too much for John. As with any build there were some bumps along the way but these were resolved and we are absolutely delighted with the finished loft conversion. What you get with Loftplan is a seamless build. Everything is coordinated and sequenced from builders to roofers and plasterers to plumbers. You get the hard bit. choosing the decor and filling the wonderful new space!

What can I say, An excellent experience from initial meeting with Scott to discuss what we wanted all the way through to completion. The construction phase carried out by Ben and Mike was a complete surprise. There was minimal disruption to life in the house hold. Ben kept us up to date daily with progress the build and showed us photos of the work when we had no access to the loft.

The house was always left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the working day. Bob the construction manager frequently visited to ensure we were happy with the work and to discuss anything we need to know. As the loft progressed we decided we would like some built in wardrobes. This was no problem and the were incorporated into the loft at a brilliant price.

The finishing phase of the build was carried out by Mark and Sean. They again were superb you would not know they were carrying out building work in your house. They again kept us up to date daily on progress. Kevin the installation manager overlook the final finishes and made sure we were totally happy with the work before final sign off. Our expectations were very high when we decided to convert our existing loft and we have found that Loftplan have exceeded them. The communication from the head office has been superb and Nicola has responded straight away to any queries we have raised. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed by the standard of work, in particular by Dan and Simon in the first fix team who did a fantastic job with the initial conversion. We were equally impressed with the second fix team who took time to address any issues we raised promptly. We would definitely highly recommend Loftplan.

I used Loftplan obviously for a loft conversion. My wife and I were apprehensive at first as its a lot of money to spend and we were reliant on what we were told by Alan the initial contact. Alan did well to allay our fears and put our minds at ease. Works started when Nicola said it would and was great leading up to the start of works through planning.

The whole process was managed flawlessly by the Supervisors Bob and Kevin, but the real heroes were the guys building it. Their efforts and skills again gave reassurance and communication was great with them. Dan and Simon were brilliant on the first fix with attention to detail. The plasters Percy and the team, again were great, but I think the real star was Martin the joiner.

His skill was just amazing and so conscientious. Steve and his brother were roofers and nothing was too much trouble, and I think thats what I learnt most throughout was that nothing was too much trouble. Now there were ups and downs, however the downs were managed very well with great communications. I would recommend using Loftplan to anyone.

Loftplan converted our loft from to be a large master bedroom with accompanying en - suite. The project ran well and on time. It was great having a close knit team working on the project and we definitely felt we had value through the project management of the Loftplan team ensuring everything went smoothly. Happy to have chosen LoftPlan. We had a few contractors and specialist loft conversion companies tendering for the works. It is, to be honest - a quandary working out the strengths and weaknesses of the aforementioned, as it is basically, taking their word that they wont destroy your pride and joy - your home! LoftPlan were very efficient, careful and tidy all throughout the renovations and dealt with any planning questions or any concerns we had extremely quickly.

The work was completed within the schedule and within cost. In fact, I was surprised how fast the structure went up and how efficient the various teams were. Would recommend without hesitation. James and Susanne O'Brien

Loftplan have been brilliant from start to finish. Owner David genuinely cares about his customers, and has been in regular contact from quotation through to completion. Given the size of the business and length of time they have been trading, I did not expect this. Loftplan don't outsource to random subcontractors. All the trades work solely and directly for Loftplan.

The result being a job finished to a very high standard by experienced tradesmen, many of whom like Chris, Bob and Kev have work for Loftplan for well over 10 years and some over 25 years! Pricing was fair and there were no hidden extras, even when adjustments were made. I'm still waiting for a quote from a Loftplan competitor! Loftplan can handle bespoke requirements with ease, meaning we have our own "hotel suite in the loft" complete with free standing copper bath, kitchenette, home work space, luxury shower room and living area.

All in the place that we previously stored our Christmas decorations! With 8 velux windows the natural light is amazing and the open landing area makes the first floor brighter now too. Workers were all polite, friendly and tidy. More importantly over the 4 month build, we never had a single missed appointment nor a no show. Clearly not all builders are the same! We need some more space and living in a bungalow we have a large loft area that was just being used as storage. We looked into several companies with the view to converting the loft into a living area. We selected Loftplan as the price was reasonable and they would project manage the whole conversion. The work was carried out to a very professional level and the standard of workmanship was high.

We are very pleased with the results and are enjoying having the extra rooms. We are especially pleased with the cladding we had installed on the new gable end. We would not hesitate to recommend Loftplan to anyone wishing to have a roof conversion. A big thanks to Bob, Kevin and all the teams.

We engaged Loftplan to convert our bungalow loft into an additional bedroom, en-suite and to include a side dormer and velux windows. We already had a design and plans and at our first meeting it became clear Loftplan were exceptionally knowledgeable in their field. We had a complex roof structure where a flat roof extension joined the existing roof and this proved no issue for them.

We employed Loftplan to carry out the structural element, Velux Windows, Dormer and Staircase because my husband can complete the remainder. We found Loftplan very flexible in accommodating our needs and every element was carried out to a superb standard. Chris our senior fitter was nothing short of amazing, a great work ethic, polite, tidy, good timekeeping and he went above and beyond in assisting our old four legged friend during the course of the works.

The team were all trustworthy and we were more than happy to leave them at our home while we were out at work. We were kept well informed at each stage and always felt comfortable discussing possible tweaks to the design, which were always well received and accommodated by Loftplan. Other particular members of the team who were all excellent were Mike, Bob, Kevin and our joiner who put in the beautiful Oak and glass staircase, Martin. Overall we highly recommend Loftplan for anyone considering loft conversion of any kind.

Following the birth of our second child we decided to create more space for our expanding family, to give us more useable space as our children grow up. We saw some similar homes in our surrounding area pursue loft conversions and the highest recommendation we had was for Loftplan. For the fair price, craftsmanship of work and high attention to detail I cant rate them highly enough.

The whole team we dealt with were exceptional. Loft-Plan completed a one bedroom conversion with en-suite in our property and we are extremely happy with the finished result, which has exceeded our expectations. As our loft has a very low ceiling height, Loft-Plan was the only contractor in the area that had the necessary expertise to take on the project. LoftPlan have just completed a loft conversion for us from basic storage accessed via a loft ladder to a double bedroom with cupboards, a storage room and a bathroom via a staircase. They proved to be a thoroughly professional and trustworthy company and we are delighted we chose them for the work.
