Our Services

Design

Our full architecture design service is focused on providing a quick and accurate design process. From the initial consultation to the finished project, our team of administrators will work closely with you to discuss all specifications of the proposed works and answer any queries you may have. Once a contract has been agreed, our team will provide a detailed financial plan for the requirements of the proposed project. We handle all phases of the project, including architectural and structural design, party wall, planning, and building regulation applications, site surveying, construction, and project management.

Planning

Our full planning service caters to clients who require planning permission for their projects. We provide full planning drawings as well as detailed structural engineering calculations. Planning permission deals with all work that is carried out externally to the original structure of the existing house. However, planning permission is not required for all house alterations, as some renovations are covered under 'PD' (Permitted Development rights). If you're unsure whether your property requires planning permission, we recommend consulting with your local council or contacting us for further guidance.

Building Control

Our full building regulation service provides clients with the necessary documentation and approvals for their projects. We work closely with LABC (Local Authority Building Control) to ensure that all construction and extensions of buildings meet the required building regulations. Whether it's a loft conversion, extension, or basement, our team will provide the necessary drawings and calculations to obtain the required approvals.

Party Wall Services

The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 was enforced on the 1st of July 1997 and is now statutory law throughout England & Wales. The Act confers both the adjoining and building owners with rights and responsibilities. If you're planning to conduct work on a relevant structure, you'll need to comply with the Act. Our team is trained to provide expert guidance and advice on party wall matters, ensuring that all parties involved are informed and compliant with the Act.
