Floor Sanding
Our dust-free floor sanding service restores worn wooden floors to their original condition. Using commercial-grade equipment capturing 95% of dust particles, we prepare surfaces for staining or sealing. The process includes gap filling and levelling, suitable for both residential and commercial properties.

Specialist installation of herringbone and chevron parquet patterns using premium wood blocks. We offer both traditional glue-down methods and modern floating installations. Our craftsmen provide on-site consultations and free samples of decorative border options for heritage properties.
Engineered Wood Installation
Professional fitting of engineered wood flooring with moisture-resistant underlay systems. We conduct subfloor moisture testing and preparation, offering both nail-down and floating installation methods. Includes matching stair nosing solutions and acoustic insulation options for multi-story buildings.
Commercial Floor Maintenance
Tailored maintenance packages for schools, museums, and hotels featuring non-disruptive dust-free sanding. Our services include anti-slip treatments, protective coatings, and scheduled re-oiling programs. All work complies with commercial safety standards and insurance requirements.
