Services
Chimney Sweeping
Our comprehensive chimney sweeping service maintains fireplace safety and efficiency using traditional and modern techniques. Qualified engineers remove soot buildup, check structural integrity, and issue accredited certificates. Suitable for wood burners, AGAs, and gas fireplaces across residential and commercial properties in East Anglia.
Stove Maintenance
HETAS-approved stove maintenance ensures optimal performance and safety compliance. Our NVQ-qualified engineers inspect components, clean flues, and replace worn parts like glass doors. We service multi-fuel stoves, biomass boilers, and heritage models while providing usage advice to property owners.
CCTV Surveys
Advanced Wohler CCTV equipment provides detailed internal chimney assessments. Our digital surveys identify cracks, blockages, or deterioration in masonry and lined flues. Clients receive colour video reports to inform repair decisions, particularly valuable for listed buildings and complex installations.
Bird Guards
Preventative bird guard installation stops nesting materials causing dangerous blockages. Our HETAS-certified technicians fit stainless steel caps and anti-downdraft cowls that maintain airflow while protecting chimney integrity, particularly recommended for rural properties.
Flue Smoke Testing
We conduct smoke tests to detect leaks in chimney systems according to Building Regulations. This essential service for property sales or renovations identifies hidden defects in flues serving solid fuel appliances, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
