Our Expertise

Paul Hunt, Director

Paul studied Architecture at the Universities of Nottingham, Leeds Metropolitan, and Huddersfield, graduating in 1999. He spent two years working in Malaysia, where he gained valuable experience in environmental design and the interface between a building and its context. Paul joined Julian Owen Associates in 2001, where he became a director, responsible for business promotion, staff development, and new client consultations. He specializes in guiding clients through the build process, from planning and building regulations applications to overseeing construction on site.

Suzy Hunt, Director

Suzy attended the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, graduating in 1998 with first-class honors. She has over twenty years of professional experience in practice, with a particular interest in construction detailing and the renovation of historic buildings. Suzy has worked on a wide range of projects, from small domestic extensions to large-scale developments, including a new build Performing Arts Centre for a local school.
