Our History

Our journey began in 1994 as Flemming And Son Construction Ltd, founded by Paul Flemming and his son Dorian. Initially, we focused on reactive maintenance and minor project works for a select retail client base in the Midlands area. Over the years, we grew and diversified our services, taking on refurbishment and new build projects of varying scope and size. In 2001, Dorian became the sole operator of the business, and since then, we have continued to expand and diversify into associated areas of construction. Today, Flemming Construction Group consists of Flemming And Son, Flemming Construction Ltd, Flemming Property & Development Ltd, and Catercare Uk Ltd.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our reactive maintenance division can respond instantly to any problems through the use of our GPS linked emergency vehicles. Our 24-hour dedicated helpline receives positional information every five minutes, allowing us to relay any call-out almost immediately to our maintenance teams across the country. We can be on site in under two hours, providing services such as building, electrical, plumbing/drainage, plastering, joinery, flooring, gates and fencing, heating/ventilation, and fabrication.

In addition to our reactive maintenance services, we also offer pre-planned maintenance solutions tailored to our clients' needs and requirements. Our maintenance solutions are designed to provide peace of mind, knowing that every potential problem is just minutes away from being resolved. We cover large geographical areas, making us an ideal partner for clients with multiple sites.
