As a sole practitioner, I, Sam Fletcher, have been working in my own practice since 2013, based in Kendal. I'm keen to help people develop their ideas into the buildings they want. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I've worked on various projects, including barn conversions, extensions, and new builds in the North West of England. I'm passionate about simple, carefully thought-out buildings and low energy consumption resulting from good design and plenty of the right insulation. I have a friendly approach and enjoy listening to clients' wishes for their project, and how they want to live or work in their property, then developing those aspirations into drawings for permissions and building from.
