At Kree8, we are a chartered architecture, design and build company with a passion for delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions for both residential and commercial clients. Based in Market Harborough and Great Malvern, our team of expert craftsmen and architects work together to merge unique design with practical construction techniques. Our goal is to realise the needs of our clients by keeping it simple, talking and listening. We treat each project as unique, assembling a team of experts aligned to the needs of the project.

Our Team

Our team is led by Matthew Lewis, a RIBA-chartered architect with a wealth of experience in residential and commercial developments. Matt's architectural expertise is complemented by his hands-on construction knowledge, gained from working as a carpenter before pursuing architecture. This unique combination of skills enables Matt to manage every project personally, combining architectural expertise with practical construction knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.

Our Services

At Kree8, we offer a range of services tailored to the needs of our clients. Our architectural services cater to both residential and commercial clients, from new build individual properties to loft conversions and extensions. We have extensive experience working with listed buildings and public houses, and we also work in the commercial sector, providing complete solutions or individual services such as fire certificate plans, Dilapidation surveys, DDA & Disabled adaptions, and CDM & Construction health & safety advice.

Our Eco services enable us to integrate environmental factors into the entire design and build process. We use advanced Ecotect software and interactive 3D modelling to simulate and analyse building performance from the earliest stages of conceptual design. By doing so, we can ensure that environmental considerations are seamlessly integrated into the project.

Construction Services

Our construction services adopt an Architect-led Master Builder approach. Our architect works directly with the client to act as both the designer and the builder, coordinating a team of consultants, subcontractors and material suppliers throughout the project. This approach results in cost savings, better timings, and ultimately a better end result for the client. Although we believe that the best results are achieved by integrating the design and build processes, we can also provide construction services independently for all types and scale of projects.
