Delays and Inefficiency
The builders are 14 weeks behind schedule, and despite being paid 25,000 for scaffolding, no roofers or tradesmen were employed to work on the site during the 12-week period. The site was often shut, and when open, only a site manager and one labourer were present.
Damages and Negligence
The reviewer alleges that the builders' negligence resulted in significant damage to their property. A sink was removed without switching off the water supply, causing the floor to flood with over 4 inches of water and ruining the 100-year-old floor.
Unprofessional Conduct
