Mortgage Valuation

If your property is exempt from the Home Report legislation, our RICS Chartered Surveyors in Scotland can prepare a Mortgage Valuation for you. This report provides a detailed assessment of the property's value and is essential for mortgage purposes.

Energy Reports

If you are selling or renting a property in Scotland for the first time, an Energy Report is required. Our experts will assess the property's energy efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement. This report is valid for 10 years and is required by law.
